[Video] How to Lose Weight Effectively

There is no denying that the process of losing weight is a challenging one. More so in Singapore, where being the melting pot of cultures, brings with it an array of delicious treats and many gastronomical delights.

  • If exercising more and eating less is an ideal practice to lose weight

Consuming nutrient-dense food such as wholemeal bread, brown rice, fruits, and vegetables with a daily exercise routine would certainly help in achieving weight loss.
